Chakib Al khayari, co-founder of the collective for the therapeutic and industrial use of Kif, says that Algeria tried to sabotage Morocco’s efforts for the legalization of cannabis. At the UN, the eastern neighbor had voted against the removal of the product from the list of toxic substances.
