False Bomb Threat Disrupts Flight to Morocco at Nîmes Airport
Passengers on a flight bound for Fez from Nîmes-Garons airport were asked to disembark on Friday following a false bomb alert. They were able to reboard after the explosives search found nothing.

The incident occurred around 5:30 pm on Friday at Nîmes-Garons airport, where a false bomb alert was declared, leading the elements of the Gard departmental gendarmerie to disembark the 190 passengers of a flight bound for Fez, Morocco, and evacuate the premises, reports Midi Libre.
About twenty gendarmes and a specialized dog were dispatched to the site to search for possible explosives. The airport was secured until 8 pm. No explosives were found on the site. It was a false bomb alert. The passengers were able to reboard for Fez.
