French Resident Assaulted by Municipal Agent in Marrakech, Investigation Underway
A French national, residing in Marrakech, was the victim last Friday of an assault by a municipal agent. The man got away with a bruise to the eye.

The victim, whose assault was filmed by a surveillance camera, was issued a medical certificate attesting to 25 days of total incapacity for work.
The motives behind this gratuitous assault are still unknown, but, reports kech24, the Frenchman has decided to file a complaint with the police.
An investigation has been opened under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office to determine the exact circumstances of the assault.
