João Sacramento can leave the Atlas Lions’ staff at any moment to become head coach. The Portuguese technician confirms the existence of this clause, but assures that he will not sacrifice his Moroccan adventure for just any offer.
Arriving in March to accompany Morocco to the World Cup, João Sacramento had immediately laid out his ambitions to Moroccan officials. His contract thus includes an exit clause allowing him to accept a number one position.

No question of leaving for just any club
The Portuguese coach, however, plans no hasty departure. He demands a structured project, competent leaders, and a genuine connection with the club that would entrust him with its team.
Sacramento says he is open to a proposal in Portugal as well as abroad. But he considers his time with Morocco as the most enriching experience of his career and thanks the Federation for allowing him to realize his dream of participating in a World Cup.
