Khalid Naciri, Former Moroccan Communication Minister and Ambassador, Dies at 77
Khalid Naciri , former Minister of Communication under the El Fassi government and one of the leaders of the Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS), died on Wednesday evening in a clinic in Rabat at the age of 77. A distinguished diplomat and communicator, Naciri had held several high-level positions in his career.
