Magnitude 4.2 Earthquake Strikes Off Coast of Driouch, Morocco
The National Institute of Geophysics (ING) announced that a seismic shock of magnitude 4.2 on the Richter scale hit Driouch on Wednesday, September 1.

This Wednesday afternoon was eventful in Driouch. A new tremor was recorded in the province. The shock, whose epicenter is located off the coast of Driouch province, occurred at 1:51:59 pm (GMT+1), the National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network of the ING said in a seismic alert bulletin.
The felt shock has a depth of 14 km, a latitude of 35.451°N and a longitude of 3.600°W.
