Meryame Kitir, Belgian federal minister for Development Cooperation, was present during a television program on Canvas, where she had come to talk about vaccination against the coronavirus in poor countries. But it was especially her impeccable haircut that marked the viewers.
Meryame Kitir is the name of the Minister of Development Cooperation and in charge of Major Cities in the government of Alexander De Croo. Born to Moroccan parents who had emigrated to Belgium in the 1960s, the 40-year-old Flemish socialist grew up in Maasmechelen.
