When the marriage celebrated in Morocco was registered in the French civil registry, the request must be submitted to the prosecutor of the Republic at the judicial court of Nantes, since the document is kept by the Central Civil Registry Service.
If the marriage was celebrated in France, the file falls under the jurisdiction of the prosecutor attached to the place of marriage. Documentation concerning the nationality and residence of the spouses at the time of divorce may also be requested.
