This shift is driven by a new traveler profile, more educated and more demanding. According to data analyzed by Turespaña, 77.1% of these tourists hold a higher education diploma and belong predominantly to upper socioprofessional categories or the entrepreneurial world.

Loyalty is equally impressive: 54% of Moroccan visitors have already traveled to Spain more than ten times. Whether traveling as families, couples or groups of connected young people, they seek quality offerings and differentiated gastronomic or beach experiences.

Andalusia remains the flagship destination, capturing 47.7% of visits, closely followed by Madrid and Catalonia. This geographic dominance is supported by ultra-efficient air connectivity, with direct flights connecting Moroccan cities to cities like Seville, Malaga or Bilbao in less than two hours.
