Morocco's New Ambassador Presents Credentials to French President Macron
Appointed Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of King Mohammed VI to the French Republic, the diplomat Mohamed Benchaaboun presented his credentials to French President Emmanuel Macron last Friday.

In a statement published on Friday on Twitter, the Moroccan Embassy in France announced that "HE Mohamed Benchaaboun presented, on Friday, July 22, 2022 (Élysée Palace) to HE Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, his credentials as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the King to the French Republic".
Mohamed Benchaaboun was appointed on December 14, 2021. Prior to this appointment, he had held the position of Minister of Economy, Finance and Administrative Reform from August 2018 to October 2021.
