Morocco Arrests Dozens Linked to ISIS in Multi-City Counterterrorism Operation
The terrorist threat persists in Morocco. Dozens of people suspected of being linked to ISIS have been arrested.

The Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) and the DGSN announced on Wednesday the arrest of dozens of people linked to ISIS operating in the cities of Oujda, Berkane, Tiznit, Azilal, Tétouan and Casablanca.
According to police sources, the searches carried out at the suspects’ homes allowed the seizure of several rifles, bladed weapons, ISIS propaganda products and documentation related to the manufacture of explosives, as well as poison.
