Morocco military plane crash Marrakech pilot injured

A light military training aircraft crashed on Tuesday, July 14, in Aghouatim, in the Al Haouz province, near Marrakech.

The accident prompted a strong mobilization of authorities and competent services in the area. According to local sources, the pilot of the aircraft was injured and rushed to a hospital to receive necessary care.

Following the alert, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie, local authorities and civil protection went to the scene. The accident perimeter was secured to allow the pilot’s evacuation and prevent any additional risk.
