Morocco Shifts Satellite Program to Israeli Firm, Bypassing French Manufacturers

Morocco would have entrusted its program for the launch of two new satellites to the Israeli manufacturer Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), to the detriment of the consortium formed by Airbus and Thales Alenia Space, which had led the programs of its two previous satellites, Mohammed VI A and B, launched in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
