Morocco weather alert: snow and heavy rain Friday-Saturday
Snowfall and heavy rain are expected this Friday and Saturday in several Moroccan regions, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM has just warned.
Thus, snowfall of 10 to 25 cm is expected, from 6:00 PM this Friday until Saturday at 10:00 AM, from 2,000 m in the provinces of Ouarzazate, Azilal, Midelt, Tinghir and Al Haouz, the DGM specified in an orange alert bulletin.

Similarly, heavy rain (20-40 mm) with risk of storms is expected, from Friday at 6:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM, in the provinces of Tinghir, Midelt, Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Azilal and Béni Mellal.
