Abdellatif Ouahbi has sent an official circular to the Land Registry to enact the entry into force of Law 31.18. This text, supplemented by a 2024 decree and an October 2025 ministerial decision, establishes a register of powers of attorney related to real rights. This project, expected for several years, is now finalizing its regulatory and technical framework.
