Richbond Group Unveils $20 Million Aparthotel in Downtown Casablanca
The "Strelysia" subsidiary of the Richbond Group has just inaugurated a first Aparthotel unit in Casablanca. Located on the Boulevard de Bir Anzarane, this furnished tourist accommodation, the construction of which required a total investment, excluding land, of around 200 million dirhams, has been named "Casablanca city center". In total, 96 apartments and studios can accommodate from 1 to 6 people per suite.
