Saint-Ouen Narcobanditry Trial: Malsain, Morocco and the Drug War

The trial of five men involved in a series of bloody settling-of-scores attacks in Saint-Ouen opened this Monday before the Seine-Saint-Denis Assize Court. El Mehdi Zouhairi , the alleged mastermind behind these operations and currently on the run in Morocco, is among the main defendants in a case marked by a hegemonic struggle over the drug trade.
