The Belgian-Moroccan Marouane Balouk has signed with Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga. Good news for the player still in training at the Racing Genk Academy.

The announcement of this young prodigy’s transfer was made by the interested party on his Instagram account. 18-year-old Marouane Balouk has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract. "I am very happy to announce that I have signed my professional contract for this very beautiful Schalke 04 club. I can’t wait to start and wear the new colors of this magnificent jersey." The player will start his adventure with the Schalke 04 under-23s.
Schalke 04 is 17th in the Bundesliga. It recorded its first victory of the season thanks to a fine performance by Moroccan player Amine Harit.
