Spanish Foreign Minister: King Mohammed VI's Absence from Spain-Morocco Summit Not Unusual
The absence of King Mohammed VI at the High-Level Meeting between Spain and Morocco held on February 1 and 2 in Rabat is not surprising for José Manuel Albares, Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, who recalls that the monarch has "never" taken part in these meetings.
