They are demanding the implementation of the TNVR method, which involves capturing dogs, sterilizing them, vaccinating them against rabies and parasites, then returning them to their environment.
This approach should help slow their reproduction while limiting aggressive behavior. The associations say they are ready to work with local authorities and bring their expertise to centers responsible for these operations.
