She was a student near El Jadida; today, she is the only electronics engineer at her company in France
Originally from the Doukkala region, Fouzia Addal earned her engineering degree in Morocco before continuing her studies in Dijon. Today, she works for a French agricultural robotics company, where she is the only electronics specialist.
Fouzia Addal grew up near El Jadida. Drawn to science, she studied at Hassan Ier University and earned an engineering degree in electronics and embedded systems in 2022. The following year, she completed a Master 2 in electronics in Dijon, according to Exxact Robotics in a profile about her career.

During her master’s degree, she completed her final-year internship at a Paris-based company specializing in connected devices. She stayed there for a few months, then joined Exxact Robotics to work more directly in electronics engineering. She has been working there for nearly two and a half years.
The sole point of contact for electronics
At Exxact Robotics, Fouzia is the only electronics engineer. She monitors and develops the circuit boards used in mass-produced equipment, while also working to improve their reliability. These technologies are intended in particular for agriculture and viticulture.
Her colleagues regularly seek her expertise, and she has considerable autonomy in her decisions. Fouzia says she places particular importance on this trust, after a journey that took her from earning an engineering degree in Morocco to her first internship and then a job in France. Another Moroccan engineer who came to France to study had told Bladi about the early days of settling in Albi.
