Unlimited internet in Morocco: the new Free Max plan, a real revolution for Moroccans living abroad (MRE)
On March 31, 2026, the operator Free launched in Paris the "Free Max Plan". This no-commitment offer proposes, for the first time, unlimited internet in France and in 135 destinations, including Morocco, starting at 19.99 euros per month.
Free is once again shaking up the telecommunications market. Presented on Tuesday, the Free Max offer aims to eliminate unexpected roaming bills. According to a YouGov study, 81% of French travelers turned off their data abroad in 2025 to avoid unpleasant price surprises.

Offered at 29.99 € per month, or 19.99 € for Freebox subscribers, this plan includes unlimited 5G in France and unlimited internet in more than 135 countries. The package also includes unlimited calls to mobile phones in Europe, the United States, Canada and China.
This launch is a major announcement for Moroccans living abroad (MRE). Morocco is included in the list of destinations benefiting from unlimited 4G or 5G data. For the operator, "unlimited must now become the norm in mobility" in order to support new international uses.

Available from today, the plan includes options such as the eSIM Watch or Free TV+. By simplifying its rates for individuals and professionals, the operator claims it wants to "introduce the notion of freedom in mobile telephony" while remaining on a no-commitment model. So the Moroccan operators who multiply offers during the holidays to capture the financial windfall of the MRE will have to worry.
