André Ohanian vs Adriana Karembeu: New legal battle from Marrakech
The separation between Adriana Karembeu and André Ohanian is taking a new judicial turn. The businessman, based in Marrakech, has filed a complaint against the former model and her partner Marc Lavoine, in a sensitive case involving their seven-year-old daughter.
André Ohanian, husband of Adriana Karembeu from whom he is in divorce proceedings, filed a complaint with civil party status on Friday in Paris. It targets the former top model and Marc Lavoine, whom he accuses, according to his lawyer, of endangering the safety as well as the mental and physical health of their daughter.

According to Le Parisien, the complaint notably concerns alleged facts of failure to meet legal obligations compromising the health, safety, morality or education of a minor child, as well as other criminal charges. André Ohanian’s lawyer claims to want full light shed on facts likely to harm the child’s interests.
This new complaint comes as a previous procedure against Adriana Karembeu for breach of parental obligations was dismissed on June 23 by the Paris prosecutor’s office. This first case followed a report filed by André Ohanian in March, then supplemented in May.
A divorce under high tension
The conflict between the two spouses, married in 2014, has intensified throughout the divorce proceedings. The two parties have already clashed over the alleged exposure of their daughter to sexually explicit content via digital media, according to sources close to the case cited by the newspaper.
Adriana Karembeu’s lawyers had indicated at the end of June that the dismissal of the first investigation was explained by the lack of evidence to substantiate the accusations made. Claims contested by André Ohanian, whose lawyer asserts that numerous documents would instead support his version.

The Moroccan aspect of the case remains central. According to André Ohanian’s lawyer, the child usually resides in Marrakech with her father, where she attends school. Adriana Karembeu’s lawyers, contacted after this new complaint was filed, had not yet reacted immediately.
