The market for Moroccan handicraft products continues to gain popularity abroad. Exports have experienced a staggering growth of 39% in January 2023, generating revenues of around 95 million dirhams.

Spanish wine exports (in bulk) to Morocco have increased significantly in 2022 (+9.2 million liters). In total, Spanish wine exports reached a record turnover of 2.9 billion euros, an increase of 89.6 million compared to 2021.

Morocco has announced a series of measures to fight inflation and stabilize food prices, particularly for fruits and vegetables, before the start of the month of Ramadan. These measures include restricting the export of these products , as well as strengthening price controls and fighting speculation.
