A French chain discovers a restaurant bearing its name in Al Hoceïma
A Toulouse-based fast-food chain says that an establishment in Al Hoceïma is using its name without belonging to its network. It warns customers that it guarantees neither the products served nor the quality of the service.
Boum Burger published a message on Snapchat entitled “Important information.” The chain specifies that it currently has no official restaurant in Al Hoceïma.

The establishment called “Boum Burger Al Hoceïma” “does not belong to our network and is not operated by our company,” the chain said, as quoted by La Dépêche.
Neither the products nor the service guaranteed
Boum Burger also states that it guarantees “neither the quality of its products nor its service.” It invites consumers to consult its website and social media accounts to check the list of its official restaurants.
The publication does not explain how the establishment in Al Hoceïma began using this name. Nor does it specify whether legal action has been initiated to stop its use.
