
Moroccan Woman Wins Widow's Pension Against Spanish Social Security
Catalan courts ruled in favor of a woman married in Morocco in 1965 to a man who later became Spanish. Social Security had refused her widow’s pension on the grounds that the marriage was not registered in the Spanish civil registry.
