Three hotels in 20 months: Eurostars charges ahead in Casablanca
Eurostars Hotel Company is accelerating its expansion in Morocco. The Spanish chain has just opened its third hotel in Casablanca in less than two years, bringing its portfolio in the city to 251 rooms.
The new Eurostars Californie is a four-star hotel with 58 rooms, located in the Californie district. The establishment focuses on contemporary décor inspired by Moroccan tradition and dining that combines Mediterranean cuisine with local specialties.

This opening follows that of the Eurostars Casa Anfa, a four-star hotel with 125 rooms inaugurated in November 2024, and then the Exe Casablanca, which has 68 rooms and opened in May 2025.
Three successive openings in Casablanca
The three Moroccan establishments mentioned by the group are therefore all located in Casablanca. In less than two years, the chain has built up a total capacity of 251 rooms there.
This acceleration comes as Morocco welcomed 19.8 million tourists in 2025, 14% more than in 2024, reports El Economista.

Eurostars, which operates more than 300 establishments in 23 countries, considers North Africa one of its priority markets. In Casablanca, the pace is now one new opening in November 2024, another in May 2025, and another in 2026.
